摘要：目的评估分析中药炮制对中药饮片疗效和安全性的影响。方法选取甘肃中医药大学附属医院2023年1月至2024年1月期间100例服用中药饮片患者作为研究对象,随机分成两组,每组50例。对照组采用水处理前分档中药炮制法,研究组采用水处理前联合炮制前分档中药炮制法。对比两组疗效、不合格饮片率、中医症候积分及中药饮片毒性反应。结果研究组治疗总有效率较对照组更高,P<0.05。研究组不合格饮片率显著低于对照组,P<0.05。治疗前,两组中医证候积分对比,P>0.05;治疗后,研究组中医证候积分低于对照组,P<0.05。研究组中药饮片毒性反应评分低于对照组,P<0.05。结论中药饮片制作时采用不同的中药炮制方法可对疾病治疗产生不同的作用。水处理前联合炮制前分档炮制法可提升中药饮片的疗效和安全性,减轻患者用药后的症状表现,且毒性反应较低。
Objective:To evaluate and analyze the effect of Chinese medicine processing on the efficacy and safety of Chinese medicine decoction pieces.Methods:100 patients who took Chinese herbal pieces from January 2023 to January 2024 in the Department of Medicine affiliated to Gansu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected as the research object and randomly divided into two groups,50 cases in each group.The control group used the method of grading Chinese herbal medicines before water treatment,while the research group used the method of combining processing with grading Chinese herbal medicines before water treatment.The curative effect、unqualified decoction pieces rate、TCM symptom score and toxic reaction of TCM decoction pieces were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group,P<0.05.The rate of unqualified decoction pieces in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group,P<0.05.Before treatment,the scores of TCM syndromes in the two groups were compared,P>0.05;After treatment,the TCM syndrome score of the study group was lower than that of the control group,P<0.05.The toxic reaction score of Chinese herbal pieces in the study group was lower than that in the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:Different processing methods of traditional Chinese medicine can have different effects on the treatment of diseases.The combined processing method before water treatment and before processing can improve the curative effect and safety of Chinese herbal pieces,reduce the symptoms of patients after taking drugs,and have low toxic reaction.
