摘要:认知障碍(CI)是抑郁症的核心症状,主要特征为执行功能、记忆力及注意力等功能受损。抑郁症和CI存在密切联系,抑郁症会干扰认知功能,甚至可能导致假性痴呆,这也是抑郁症患者疗效不佳的因素之一。抑郁症伴CI的患者大脑存在结构和功能的改变,临床极易忽视,静息态功能磁共振成像技术可敏感地发现不同脑区的功能改变,已被广泛用于抑郁症伴CI的研究。本文概述了抑郁症伴CI患者局部脑区活动、脑功能网络连接异常和图论分析研究,为其早期诊断及治疗提供依据。
Cognitive impairment(CI)is the core symptom of depression and is characterized by impaired executive functioning,memory and attention.Depression and CI are closely linked,as well as depression can interfere cognitive function and may even lead to pseudo-dementia,which is one of the factors that make the outcome of depressed patients unsatisfactory.However,the structural and functional alterations in the brain of patients with CI in depression are easily ignored clinically.The resting state functional magnetic resonance imaging(rs-fMRI)is sensitive to detect functional alterations in different brain regions and has been widely used in the study of depression with CI.This review outlines the study of local brain area activity,abnormal brain functional network connectivity and graph theory analysis in patients with depression with CI in order to provide a solid image basis for early diagnosis and treatment.
