摘要：为培养新的管理型会计专业人才,结合专创融合的思维模式,在坚持以人为本的教学理念下,从岗位需求与课程设置对接、职业能力与课程内容对接、教学过程与实训过程对接、师资团队培训对接四个方面,对高职会计专业建设和人才培养进行了探索.
In order to cultivate new management accounting talents,combined with the thinking mode of integration of specialty and innovation,and adhering to the teaching concept of people-oriented,this paper explores the construction of accounting specialty and talent cultivation in higher vocational education from four aspects:the docking of post demand and curriculum setting,the docking of professional ability and curriculum content,the docking of teaching process and practical training process,and the docking of teaching team training.
