摘要：高乌头是一种我国中西部地区常用的民间药,历代本草中均有记载,具有祛风除湿、理气止痛的功效,临床疗效显著。本文对高乌头炮制沿革、炮制前后化学成分及功效变化、药理作用和毒性等方面进行综述,可为高乌头药材资源合理利用和深入研究提供参考。
Aconitum sinomontanum Nakai is a kind of folk medicine commonly used in the central and western regions of China.It has been recorded in the medicine books of all dynasties.It has the effects of dispelling wind and dehumidifying,regulating qi and relieving pain,and has significant clinical efficacy.In this article,the processing history,chemical composition and effect changes before and after processing,pharmacological effects and toxicity of Aconitum sinomontanum Nakai were reviewed,which could provide reference for rational utilization and in-depth systematic study of Aconitum sinomontanum Nakai resources.
