摘要:目的:探讨中药糖网康口服联合视网膜光凝术与单纯视网膜光凝术治疗糖尿病视网膜病变的疗效。方法:90例糖网病患者随机分为两组,常规组45例行单纯视网膜光凝术,研究组45例行中药糖网康口服联合视网膜光凝术。观察两组治疗后视力恢复及黄斑部视网膜厚度的变化情况,并进行比较分析。结果:治疗后6个月研究组视力显著高于常规组(P<0.05),黄斑部视网膜厚度显著低于常规组(P<0.05),证实研究组疗效优于常规组。结论:中药糖网康口服联合视网膜光凝术较单纯视网膜光凝术治疗糖尿病视网膜病变对患者视力及黄斑部水肿情况改善明显,能有效降低糖尿病视网膜病变的致残致盲率。
Objective:To investigate the curative effect of Tangwangkang oral combined with retinal photocoagulation and simple retinal photocoagulation in the treatment of diabetic retinopathy.Methods:A total of 90 cases of diabetic retinopathy were randomly divided into two groups,the conventional group(45 cases)was treated with simple retinal photocoagulation,and the study group(45 cases)was treated with Tangwangkang oral combined with retinal photocoagulation.The visual acuity recovery and macular retinal thickness changes of the two groups were observed and compared.Results:After 6 months of treatment,the visual acuity of the study group was significantly better than that of the conventional group(P<0.05),the macular retinal thickness of the study group was significantly less than that of the conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Tangwangkang oral combined with retinal photocoagulation can significantly improve the visual acuity and macular edema of patients with diabetic retinopathy,and can effectively reduce the disability and blindness rate of diabetic retinopathy.
