摘要：目的 探讨复方玫瑰胶囊对家兔心肌缺血-再灌注损伤的保护作用。方法 以家兔血浆中血栓素B2(TXB2)、6-酮-前列腺素F1α(6-Keto-PGF1α)、降钙素基因相关肽(CGRP)为指标进行实验观察。结果 复方玫瑰胶囊对心肌缺血-再灌注损伤家兔血浆中的6-Keto-PGF1α升高与TXB2的降低有显著作用(P<0.01);对血浆中的CGRP升高和ET的降低亦有显著作用(P<0.01)。结论 复方玫瑰胶囊通过对TXB2、6-Keto-PGF1α及CGRP含量的影响,实现再灌注心肌损伤的保护作用。
Objective To approach the medicine-Red Rose Capsule Compound protective actions to the rabbits′myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury from different angles. Method To observe the indexes-TXB_2, 6-Keto-PGF_(1α)and CGRP from the rabbits′blood in order to prove curative effect of the medicine. Result The Red Rose Capsule Compound-can obviously increase the 6-Keto-PGF_(1α) and CGRP, decrease the TXB_2 to myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury. Conclusion The Red Rose Capsule Compound has and obviously protective action to myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury by the way to influence the content of the TXB_2, 6-Keto-PGF_(1α0 and CGRP of the blood.
