摘要:目的 研究 β-环糊精 ( β -CD)包合丁香挥发油的最佳工艺。 方法 正交试验法 ,考察包合物包封率和包合物收得率 ,经差热分析证明包合物已形成一新的物相。结果 优选出包合工艺 :丁香挥发油∶β -环糊精为 1∶3,包合温度为 40℃ ,包合时间 2 .5h。结论 β -环糊精在改善中药的理化性质、改善处方、提高药效等方面有重要价值。
Objective:To study optimum inclusion process conditions for oil from clove. Method:The study was carried out with orthogonal design. The process conditions were studied by determining the encapsulation rate and yield rate of inclusion compound. It was proved that inclusion compound is new material by differental thermal analysis. Result: The optimum preparation conditions for inclusion were established as: oil∶β-CD was 1∶3,The inclusion temperature and time were at 40 ℃ and for 2.5 h. Conclusion:β-CD have important value that it reform physical and chemical property of chines trditional medicine. It advance medicinal effect.
