摘要：周慎斋为明代末期著名中医学家,对《黄帝内经》《伤寒杂病论》研究颇深,对阴阳、脏腑、形神、气血有独到的认识。周慎斋以"阴阳、虚实、先后、标本、轻重"为核心,创"二十六字元机"用药心得,为其辨证施治思想的高度凝练,对临床诸多启发。文章旨在通过对其"二十六字元机"用药心得进行深入探析,并撷取其有效医案,理法相应,以期对临床有所助益。
ZHOU Shen-zhai was a well-known traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) scientist in the late Ming dynasty.He studied the Huangdi Neijing and Shanghan Zabing Lun and had a unique understanding of yin and yang, zang-fu viscera, body and spirit, qi and blood. ZHOU’s use of ‘yin and yang, deficiency and excess, sequence, manifestation and root cause, severity’as the core, created the ‘twenty-six characters machine’ medication experience, his highly condensed thoughts on syndrome differentiation and treatment, and many clinical inspirations. The purpose of this article is to conduct an in-depth analysis of its ‘twenty-six characters machine’ medication experience and retrieve its effective medical records, and extract its effective medical records, corresponding to the principles and methods, in order to be helpful to the clinic.
