摘要:目的:研究微孔草总油对大鼠实验性高脂血症的降脂作用。方法:采用喂养法建立动物模型,测定生化指标。结果:微孔草总油可明显降低肝及血清胆固醇、甘油三酯及血清丙二醛的含量,明显提高血清高密度脂蛋白胆固醇与总胆固醇的比值。
Objective:To study the effect of the total oil of Microula sikkimensis on an experimental hyperlipemia model of rat.Method:Using feeding method to set up the experimental hyperlipemia model and determining the biochemical criteria .Result:The total oil of Microula sikkimensis significantly decreased the contents of cholesterol,triglyceride and MDA in blood serum,and increased the rate between total cholesterol and high density lipoprotein.Conclusion:The study provides an important basis for exploiting and utilizing the total oil of Microula sikkimensis.
