摘要:目的探讨基于心理特质的个性化健康教育路径在糖尿病健康教育中的应用效果。方法 100名2型糖尿病患者随机分为2组。对照组50例患者采用传统健康教育方式,观察组50例患者在对照组基础上,根据2型糖尿病患者人格特质与应对方式、健康教育需求的相关性,制定个性化健康教育路径表并进行健康教育。在健康教育结束后,对2组患者疾病相关知识、胰岛素注射及血糖测定技能、住院患者满意度等进行评估和分析。结果观察组患者疾病相关知识、胰岛素注射技能、血糖测定技能评分分别为(81.50±4.32)、(80.08±6.33)和(83.35±3.94)分,对照组患者分别为(74.19±5.31)、(72.54±8.63)和(76.15±5.07)分,2组差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。观察组患者满意度评分高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论基于心理特质的个性化健康教育路径充分考虑了患者个性化特征和健康教育需求的影响,使糖尿病健康教育更加规范化和人性化。
Objective To evaluate the personalized health education pathway based on psychological traits in diabetes health education.Methods Totally 100 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus were assigned to the observation group(n=50)and the control group(n=50).Patients in the control group received traditional health education methods,and those in the observation group were given individualized health education pathway based on psychological traits,coping style and health needs of the patients.The self-made questionnaire was used to evaluate the disease-related knowledge,insulin injection skills,blood glucose measurement skills and satisfactory degree of patients at the end of the health education.Results Patients in the observation group achieved higher scores of disease-related knowledge(81.50±4.32 vs.74.19±5.31,P<0.01),insulin injection skills(80.08±6.33 vs.72.54±8.63,P<0.01),blood glucose measurement skills(83.35±3.94 vs.76.15±5.07,P<0.01)compared with those in the control group.Patients in the observation group were more satisfied with the health education measures compared with those in the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion The personalized health education pathway highlights the relationship between health education needs and psychological traits.It makes the health education of diabetes more standardized and humanized.
