摘要：溃疡性结肠炎的病因和发病机制尚不清楚。近年来,越来越多的研究证实溃疡性结肠炎的发病可能与肠道微生态失衡相关。作者通过综述肠道微生态影响溃疡性结肠炎的机制及中医药通过调节肠道微生态治疗溃疡性结肠炎的研究进展,以期为临床医生治疗溃疡性结肠炎提供新的参考。也为溃疡性结肠炎的治疗带来新的机遇。
The etiology and pathogenesis of ulcerative colitis remain unclear.In recent years,more and more studies have confirmed that the pathogenesis of ulcerative colitis may be related to intestinal microecological imbalance.The author reviewed the mechanism of intestinal microecology affecting ulcerative colitis and the research progress of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of ulcerative colitis by regulating intestinal microecology,in order to provide new references for clinicians to treat ulcerative colitis.It also bring s new opportunities for the treatment of ulcerative colitis.
