摘要：应用针灸治疗老年病有着独特的优势,目前相关文献发表数量呈递增趋势,针灸疗法已经广泛应用于老年病的防治中,以脑血管病和肢体痹症最为多用。基于老年人的生理病理特点,针灸疗法结合自身特征,在临床实践中逐渐形成了选穴以补益为主、宜轻刺激、重视多种治疗手段的等治疗规律。
Acupuncture treatment has unique advantages of senile diseases. At present,the number of published literature has been increasing. Acupuncture in preventing has been widely used,most multi-purpose to cerebrovascular disease and body Bi sydnrome. Based on the physiological and pathological characteristics of old people,acupuncture combined with its own characteristics,in clinical practice,has gradually formed the points selection way which is given priority to tonic functions,appropriate light stimulus,attaches great importance to the application of a variety of treatments treatment rule.
