摘要：目的:观察通窍活血汤加减治疗偏头痛的临床疗效。方法:选取偏头痛患者68例,随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组34例。治疗组给予通窍活血汤加减治疗,对照组给予尼莫地平治疗。结果:治疗组有效率为94.1%,对照组有效率为67.6%,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后症状评分优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:通窍活血汤加减治疗偏头痛疗效满意。
Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of Variant Decoction of Unblocking Orifices and Activating Blood Circulation（ VDUOABC） on migraine. Methods： Sixty-eight patients with migraine were chosen and randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,with 34 cases in each group. The ones in the treatment group were treated with VDUOABC,while the ones in the control group were given nimodipine. Results： The effective rate of the treatment group was 94. 1%,while that of the control group was 67. 6%; And the treatment group was better than the control group（ P〈0. 05）. After the treatment,the symptom score of the treatment group was better than that of the control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： VDUOABC has the satisfying clinical curative effect on migraine.
