摘要：笔者对照《普通高等学校本科专业类教学质量国家标准》中预防医学专业、卫生检验与检疫专业的师资队伍数量和结构、教师学科专业背景和水平、教师教学发展条件等提出的具体要求,结合学院近五年师资队伍发展态势及存在问题,浅谈对我院师资队伍建设的看法。
With the reference of the specific requirements of the number and structure of the teachers,the professional background and level of teachers and the conditions for the development of teachers' teaching etc.of the preventive medicine major and health inspection and quarantine major proposed in the National Standard for Teaching Quality of Undergraduate Majors in Ordinary Institutions for Higher Learning,and with consideration of the development trend and problems of the teaching staff in our college over the past five years,the author brief delivers the views on the construction of the teaching staff in our college.
