摘要：查阅相关文献,从面瘫、偏头痛、面肌痉挛、膝骨性关节炎、腰肌劳损、颈性高血压、原发性失眠、变应性鼻炎、中风后遗症、乳腺增生、原发性痛经等方面对多针浅刺法的临床研究进行概述。认为在今后的研究中要将多针浅刺法更多地运用于临床疾病的治疗中,从不同的角度和方向扩大其在不同疾病中的应用范围,从而扩大《针灸甲乙经》等典籍中针刺手法的现代应用。
By consulting the relevant literature,this paper summarizes the relevant clinical studies of multiple superficial needling manipulation from the aspects of facial paralysis,migraine,facial spasm,knee osteoarthritis,lumbar muscle strain,cervical hypertension,primary insomnia,strain rhinitis,apoplexy sequelae,hyperplasia of mammary glands,primary dysmenorrhea,etc.It holds that in the future research,the multiple superficial needling manipulation should be used more in the treatment of clinical diseases,and its application scope in different diseases should be expanded from different angles and directions,so as to expand the modern application of acupuncture ma?nipulation in classics such as A?B Classic of Acupuncture and Moxibustion.
