摘要：宫颈癌是常见的妇科恶性肿瘤之一,其发病率在我国女性生殖道恶性肿瘤中居第1位,且近年来居高不下。高危型人乳头瘤病毒(HR-HPV)是引起宫颈癌及癌前病变的主要原因,HR-HPV持续感染将导致宫颈上皮内瘤变,最终可进展为宫颈癌。中西医在防治宫颈HPV感染、阻断及延缓宫颈病变的发生方面已有较多的研究,查阅相关文献对中西医防治宫颈HPV感染的研究进展进行综述,发现从HPV感染发展到宫颈癌存在一个较长、可逆转的癌前病变期,早期预防并发现HPV感染,阻断其病程的进展可提高患病女性的生活质量和生命价值,且中医药治疗有明确的临床疗效。
As one of the most common gynecologic malignant tumors,the morbidity of cervical carcinoma is constantly increasing and ranks the first place among the deadly cancer of the female genital tract.High-risk human papilloma virus(HPV)is the main cause of cervical cancer and its precancerous lesions.HR-HPV infection leads to cervical intraepithelial neoplasia,which can eventually turns into cervical cancer.There have been many studies on the prevention and treatment of cervical HPV infection,blocking and delaying the occurrence of cervical lesions in traditional Chinese and western medicine.This study intends to further explore the prevention and treatment of cervical HPV in terms of the combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine.It is found that there is a long and reversible precancerous stage from HPV infection to cervical cancer.Early prevention and detection of HPV infection,blocking the progress of the disease,can improve the quality of life and life value of the female affected,and the treatment of traditional Chinese medicine has a positive clinical effect.
