摘要：甘肃境内丰富的中药材资源、悠久的药膳传统及政府打造药膳养生休闲旅游业的战略,造就了陇菜菜系重视药膳保健的鲜明特色。药膳是具有药物滋补疗疾作用的特殊食品,食材中的中草药可能会产生一定毒副作用,应该在中医药理论指导下,因症、因地、因时、因人施膳和服膳。这就要求药膳菜名翻译过程中应满足准确、全面及推进文化交流等基本要求。具体而言,陇菜药膳菜名翻译应根据菜品命名特征及药材配伍情况,灵活选用直译法、意译法、音译法及加注法等多种方式。
The rich resources of the Chinese herbal medicines in Gansu ,the long tradition of Health-protection Food and the strategy for government to create a healthy diet leisure tourism creating the distinctive characteristics of Health-Protection Food because of the Long dishes importance . Health-Protection Food is the special food, Ingredients in the Chinese herbal medicine may have a certain toxic side effects, so should under the guidance of Chinese medicine theory, because the card, because of the place, because of the time, because of the doing meal and the eating meal. This requires accurate diet should satisfy the translation process for HealthProtection Food names, promoting the comprehensive and the basic requirements of cultural exchange. Specifically, Gansu vegetables Health-Protection Food translation should be based on the characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine and dishes naming, selection of literal translation, transliteration, free translation selection, filling and other methods to translation.
