摘要：舌苔禀胃气而生,察舌苔可知胃气有无,知病势进退。不同的菌群结构对应不同舌象,特异性菌群可为临床诊断提供新的依据。脾胃病多舌苔黄腻,由湿热所致,亦与幽门螺杆菌感染有关。舌苔微生态与脾胃病密切相关。通过调整舌苔菌群,可以有效地预防脾胃病的发生发展甚至癌变,增强中医舌诊的客观性,为临床诊断提供生物学依据。目前的研究存在以下问题:舌苔菌群对脾胃病的影响尚未明确;样本量过少,结论缺乏充分可靠的依据;对微生态的研究尚停留在初级阶段;缺乏舌苔微生态和胃溃疡相关的文献研究。今后,可针对性地建立标准化数据库,及时上传病例及舌苔样本,资源共享;进行细菌造模研究,验证细菌致病的相关机理。
Tongue coating birth from stomach Qi,Observing the tongue coating can tell whether the stomach Qi is sufficient,or the progression of diseases.Different flora structure corresponds to different tongue manifestation,and specific flora can provide a new basis for clinical diagnosis.Due to dampness and heat,the tongue coating of Spleen and stomach diseases are often yellow and greasy,and can also related to Helicobacter pylori infection.Thus,tongue coating microecology is closely connect to spleen and stomach diseases.By adjusting the flora of tongue coating,it can effectively prevent the occurrence and development of spleen and stomach diseases or even cancer,enhance the objectivity of TCM tongue diagnosis,and provide a biological basis for clinical diagnosis.However,problems still exist in current researches:The effect of tongue coating flora on spleen and stomach diseases is not yet clear,lack of the samples,and the conclusion lacks sufficient and reliable evidence,the research on microecology is still at the preliminary stage and the lack of literature research on tongue coating microecology and gastric ulcer.In the future,a standardized database can be established for cases and tongue coating samples'timely uploading,resources,conducting bacterial modeling studies to verify the relevant mechanisms of bacterial disease.
