摘要：目的：观察rhG—CSF（瑞白）对外周血中白细胞数量的影响及变化。方法：用瑞白治疗一例晚期宫颈癌化疗所致的白细胞减少症，白细胞计数（WBC）0．84×10^9／L用rhG—CSF100μg皮下注射，在12h、72h两个点时，用血细胞分析仪及人工计数法检测外周血中白细胞数量，观察和了解外周血中白细胞数量在72h内的变化。结果：注射rhG—CSF12h时，外周血中白细胞数量达到高峰值，72h时恢复至稳定水平。结论：rhG—CSF在短时间内明显提升外周血中白细胞的数量，能够有效治疗化疗所致的白细胞减少症。
Objective To investigate changes of the number of white blood cell in peripheral blood after rhG -CSF treatment. Methods A late cervix cancer patient with leucopenia after chemical therapy was treated with rhG - CSF. The dose is 100ug with subcutaneous injection. The white blood cell count（0.84× 10^9/L ） in peripheral blood was calculated at 12 hours and 72 hours after injection with hemocyte analyzer and intraocular count method. Results The white blood cell count in peripheral blood reached peak value after 12 hours with rhG -CSF injection, then recover to stable level after 72 hours. Conclusion RhG -CSF can improve obviously white blood ceil in peripheral blood in short time, and cure effectively leueopenia after chemical therapy.
