摘要:通过种子萌发出苗试验,测定不同盐胁迫条件下,施用哈茨木霉后蒙古黄芪种子的萌发率、发芽势及其苗长、根长等种子和幼苗发育指标。结果表明:NaCl浓度为50、100 mmol/L处理下,能促进种子萌发和幼苗生长发育,超过150 mmol/L时呈下降趋势。在低度和中度盐胁迫条件下施用哈茨木霉,种子萌发率均有不同程度的提高,增幅在3.33%~10.67%,发芽势增幅在2.67%~12.00%,根长增幅为4%~17%,苗长增幅为12%~33%,在c(NaCl)150 mmol/L和200 mmol/L时,苗长分别增加了19%和20%。
The germination rate,germination potential,seedling length,root length and other seed and seedling development indexes of Astragalus mongolicus seeds are determined under different salt stress conditions by seed germination and seedling test.NaCl concentration of 50 mmol/L and 100 mmol/L could promote seed germination and seedling growth and development,and show a downward trend when it exceeds 150 mmol/L.When Trichoderma harzianum is applied under the conditions of low and moderate salt stress,the seed germination rate increases in different extents,the increase ranges from 3.33%to 10.67%.The germination potential is increased by2.67%-12.00%,the root length is increased by 4%-17%,the seedling length is increased by 12%-33%,and the seedling length at 150 mmol/L and 200 mmol/L is increased by 19%and 20%respectively.
