摘要:肝癌具有高度异质性,预后较差。目前其临床治疗手段在耐药控制方面仍存在显著不足。附子作为多成分、多靶点的传统中药,其活性成分虽可通过多种途径调控肝癌进展,但毒性等问题限制了其转化应用。本文系统综述了附子的物质基础及其干预肝癌的作用机制,重点探讨其在代谢调控、耐药相关性及安全性方面的研究进展,以期为附子在肝癌治疗中的转化应用、减毒增效策略的优化及相关研究的拓展提供理论参考。
Liver cancer is highly heterogeneous and has a poor prognosis.At present,clinical treatment methods still have significant deficiencies in drug resistance control.As a multi-component and multi-target traditional Chinese medicine,Fuzi can regulate the progression of liver cancer through a variety of ways,but its toxicity and other problems limit its transformation and application.This paper systematically reviews the material basis of Fuzi and its mechanism of intervention in liver cancer,focusing on its research progress in metabolic regulation,drug resistance correlation and safety,in order to provide theoretical reference for the transformation and application of Fuzi in the treatment of liver cancer,the optimization of attenuated and synergistic strategies and the expansion of related research.
