摘要:目的:优选赤芍中芍药苷的提取工艺。方法:以加水量、煎煮时间、药材浸泡时间、提取次数为考察因素,以芍药苷提取率为评价指标,采用混合均匀试验效应面法优选最佳提取工艺。结果:最佳提取工艺为加水17倍,煎煮2h,浸泡30min,提取2次。结论:采用均匀设计与效应面法相结合的方法对工艺优化更方便、更准确。
OBJECTIVE: To optimize the extraction technology of peoniflorin from Radix Paeoniae Rubra. METHODS: The extraction technology of peoniflorin was optimized by uniform design and response surface methodology using amount of water, decocting time, soak time, extracting time as factors and the extracting rate of peoniflorin as index. RESULTS: The optimal extraction technology was as follows: 17-folds water, deeocting for 2 hours, soaking for 30 rain, extracting for 2 times. CONCLUSION: Uniform design and response surface methodology is convenient and accurate for the optimization of experiment technology.
