摘要：目的:观察中药熏蒸联合封包疗法治疗寻常型银屑病的临床疗效。方法:2018年3月-2019年3月收治轻度寻常型银屑病患者80例,随机分为两组,各40例。对照组采用丁酸氢化可的松乳膏封包治疗;治疗组先用中药熏蒸治疗,后在此基础上加用丁酸氢化可的松乳膏封包治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:两组治疗后瘙痒、鳞屑、红斑的各项指标积分比治疗前均明显降低,且治疗组各项指标积分明显低于对照组,治疗组治疗后红斑、鳞屑、瘙痒症状有效率优于对照组,治疗组总有效率优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中药熏蒸联合丁酸氢化可的松封包疗法可有效改善寻常型银屑病红斑、鳞屑、瘙痒的症状。
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine fumigation combined with encapsulation in the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris.Methods:From March 2018 to March 2019,80 patients with mild psoriasis vulgaris were admitted,they were randomly divided into the two groups with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with hydrocortisone butyrate cream packet therapy.The treatment group was treated with Chinese herbal fumigation first,then with hydrocortisone butyrate cream packet therapy.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results:After treatment,the scores of pruritus,scales and erythema in the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment,while those in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group,the effective rate of erythema,scale and pruritus in the treatment group was better than that in the control group,and the total effective rate in the treatment group was better than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Traditional Chinese medicine fumigation combined with hydrocortisone butyrate can effectively improve the symptoms of erythema,scale and pruritus in psoriasis vulgaris.
