摘要:目的:对全萼秦艽和秦艽进行生药学的比较研究,为全萼秦艽的进一步开发和利用提供参考。方法:利用生药学鉴定方法,从微形态、形态及理化等方面对全萼秦艽和秦艽进行系统分析和评价。采用HPLC测定獐牙菜苦苷和龙胆苦苷含量,流动相甲醇-水梯度洗脱,检测波长254 nm。结果:全萼秦艽的内、外周皮的木栓细胞只有1层。全萼秦艽及秦艽中龙胆苦苷质量分数分别为6.24%和8.51%,獐牙菜苦苷依次为0.26%和0.36%。结论:全萼秦艽在生药学特征方面与秦艽存在部分差异,为全萼秦艽资源的开发利用提供了实验依据。
Objective: Gentiana lhassica was compared with G. macrophylla in their pharmacognosy.Method: Quality of G. lhassica from some aspects of micromorphology was evaluated, on morphological and physicochemical identification by pharmacognostic determination. HPLC was employed to determine contents of swertiamarin and gentiopicroside with mobile phase of methanol-water for gradient elution and detection wavelength at254 nm. Result: Cork cells of G. lhassica had only one layer in the inner peripheral skin and peripheral skin. The content of gentiopicroside was 6. 24%,higher than standard of the 2015 edition of Chinese Pharmacopoeia. The content of swertiamarin was 0. 26%. Conclusion: There are some differences between G. lhassica and G.macrophylla in pharmacognostic character. This study provides important reference for exploitation and utilization of G. lhassica.
