摘要：目的探索复方麻桂喷雾剂中桂皮醛的含量测定方法。方法采用甲醇提取样品；Hyper-sil ODS-2柱（250mm×4．6mm，5μm）；流动相：乙腈-水（30：70）；检测波长290nm。结果线性范围为13．9-139．04μg／mL（r=0．9992），平均回收率为100．3％，RSD为2．17％。结论该方法简便、快速、准确，可用于复方麻桂喷雾剂中桂皮醛含量的测定。
Objective To research the determining method of the content of einnamic aldehyde in compound Magui Spray. Methods Extracted the specimen with methanol. Hypersil ODS-2 column （250mm×4.6mm,5μm） was used. Mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-water （30：70）. The detection wavelength was 290 nm. Results The linear rang was from 13.9 to 139.04μg/mL （ r = 0.9992） , the average recovery was 100.3 % ,RSD was 2.17 %. Conclusion The method is handy, fast and accurate, and it is suitable for the quality control of compound MaGui Spray.
