摘要：咳嗽本是肺系病症,但《素问》不仅认为咳嗽与肺有关,而且提出“五脏六腑皆令人咳,非独肺也”观点,将引起咳嗽原因从单独的肺脏扩大到其他脏腑,从整体观念高度说明咳嗽虽是肺脏病理反映,但其他脏腑病变也可影响肺之宣降而咳嗽。本文基于《内经》原文,探析脏腑病机及生理病理在内伤咳嗽中的重要地位,并结合临床实际加深对原文理解,可为临床内伤咳嗽诊疗思路、辨证要点等提供方法论的指导意义。
Cough is a lung disease.Su Wen believes that cough is not only related to lung and proposes that“all viscera cause cough,not only lung”,which expands the cause of cough from lung to other organs,indicating that although cough is a pathological reflection of lung from the overall concept,but other viscera lesions can also affect the descending of lung qi and cause cough.Based on the original texts in Nei Jing,this article explored the important position of viscera pathogenesis,physiology and pathology in internal injury cough,and deepened the understanding of the original text in combination with clinical practice,which provided methodological significance for clinical diagnosis and treatment ideas and syndrome and differentiation points of internal injury cough.
