摘要:目的探讨以团队学习为基础(TBL)教学模式在中西医结合耳鼻喉科学教学中的应用效果。方法所授课程为中西医结合耳鼻喉科学。选取中西医结合2013级本科50名学生作为研究对象,采取TBL教学模式进行教学;选取同一专业2014级本科65名学生作为对照,在教学过程中采取传统教学模式。两组学生均由相同教师授课,课时一致。课程过程中有平时考核,课程结束后进行期末考核,期末考核采取统一试卷进行,比较两组学生平时与期末考核成绩。同时采取自拟调查问卷比较两组学生对教学的总体评价。结果TBL教学组平时考核成绩与期末考核成绩均明显高于传统教学组(P<0.01);TBL教学组学生对教学的总体评价显著高于传统教学组(P<0.01)。结论在中西医结合耳鼻喉科学教学中应用TBL教学模式可有效提升学生的学习兴趣、学习的独立性与主动性、课堂参与度、学习能力,提高教学效果。
Objective To explore the application effect of team based learning(TBL) teaching model in the teaching of otolaryngology in integration of traditional and western medicine.Methods The course is otolaryngology in integration of traditional and western medicine. Selecting 50 students from the 2013 undergraduate major of integrated Chinese and western medicine as the research object,adopting the TBL teaching mode for teaching.At the same time,65 students from the same major in 2014 were selected as the control,and the traditional teaching mode was adopted in the teaching process.The two groups of students were taught by the same teacher with the same period of class.During the course,usual performance were assessed.At the end of the semester,unified test paper was taken for final evaluation.The usual and final assessment between the two groups of students were compared.At the same time,questionnaire was taken to compare students' learning interest and satisfaction on the quality of teaching between the two groups.Results The TBL teaching group's usual assessment scores and final assessment scores were significantly higher than the traditional teaching group (P < 0.01);The TBL teaching group's overall evaluation of teaching is significantly higher than the traditional teaching group (P < 0.01).Conclusion The application of TBL teaching mode in the teaching of otolaryngology in integration of traditional and western medicine can effectively improve students' interest in learning, independence and initiative of learning,classroom participation, learning ability,also can improve teaching effect.
