摘要：目的:探讨骨痨愈康丸联合盐酸氨基葡萄糖片治疗膝骨关节炎(KOA)的临床疗效及其安全性。方法:选取2017年1月至2018年1月就诊于甘肃中医药大学附属医院的KOA证属寒湿痹阻型患者60例,随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例,治疗组给予骨痨愈康丸联合盐酸氨基葡萄糖片口服,对照组给予基础治疗盐酸氨基葡萄糖片口服,记录治疗前及治疗6周后的膝关节疼痛程度,膝关节肿胀程度,膝关节关节功能评分,膝关节关节液中肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-1(IL-1)水平的变化。结果:治疗后治疗组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗后膝关节VAS评分、膝关节周径、膝关节功能评分、TNF-α、IL-1均较治疗显著降低(P<0.05),且治疗组膝关节疼痛程度、膝关节功能评分及TNF-α、IL-1指标改善程度显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:骨痨愈康丸联合盐酸氨基葡萄糖片治疗KOA疗效显著,并能降低血清TNF-α、IL-1水平。
To explore the clinical efficacy and safety of the Gulao Yukang Pills combined with Glucosamine Hydrochloride Tablets in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis(KOA).Methods:A total of 60 patients with the syndrome of colddampness arthralgia in Affiliated Hospital of Gansu University of Chinese Medicine from January 2017 to January 2018 were selected,with 30 cases in each group.Treatment group was given Gulao Yukang Pills combined with glucosamine hydrochloride tablets,control group was given glucosamine hydrochloride tablets,and treatment course was 6 weeks in both groups.Knee joint pain degree,knee joint swelling degree,knee joint function score,tumor necrosis factor(TNF-α),interleukin-1(IL-1)were recorded before and after treatment and 6 weeks after course.Results:After treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,VAS score of knee joint,circumference of knee joint,knee joint activity score,levels of TNF-αand IL-1 in both groups were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the improvement degree of knee pain degree,knee joint function score,TNF-αand IL-1 levels in the treatment group was significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Gulao Yukang Pills combined with Glucosamine Hydrochloride Tablets has a significant therapeutic effect on KOA,and can reduce serum TNF-αand IL-1 levels.
