摘要：EB病毒与胃癌、淋巴瘤和鼻咽癌等多种肿瘤相关。胃癌和鼻咽癌都是上皮来源的恶性肿瘤,胃癌的发生发展与环境和遗传等因素有关,近期研究表明EB病毒感染也可能涉及其中。EB病毒感染也是鼻咽癌的已知危险因素,鼻咽癌EB病毒蛋白和非编码RNA在其中的致癌作用越来越明显。EB病毒在黏膜上皮细胞内建立潜伏感染,其编码的微小RNA通过诱导DNA甲基化、调节宿主基因表达、协助肿瘤细胞逃避免疫清除等机制促进EB病毒相关上皮恶性肿瘤的发生。
Epstein-Barr virus(EBV)is associated with a variety of tumors,including stomach carcinoma,lymphoma,and nasopharyngeal carcinoma.Both gastric carcinoma and nasopharyngeal carcinoma are malignant tumors of epithelial origin,the occurrence and development of gastric carcinoma are related to environmental and genetic factors,recent studies have shown that EBV infection may also be involved.EBV infection is also a known risk factor for nasopharyngeal carcinoma,and the carcinogenic role of EBV proteins and non-coding RNA in nasopharyngeal carcinoma is increasingly apparent.EBV establishes latent infection in mucosal epithelial cells,and the microRNAs encoded by it promote the occurrence of EBV-related epithelial malignancies through mechanisms such as DNA methylation,regulating host gene expression,and assisting tumor cells to evade immune clearance.
