摘要：中药挥发油由于芳香气味和良好的生物活性在食品、化妆品、医药等行业中被广泛运用。但由于中药挥发油在中药材中含量低、提取不完全、不稳定,在生产制备中受工艺、储存环境等因素影响,限制了其开发应用。文章通过查阅总结国内外文献,综述了中药挥发油提取精制技术的研究进展,重点分析讨论各种技术的适用性,并对未来发展进行分析和展望,旨在为中药挥发油的高效利用提供参考。
The volatile oil of traditional Chinese medicine has attracted wide attention in food,cosmetics,medicine and other industries due to its aromatic smell and good biological activity.However,due to the low content of the volatile oil of traditional Chinese medicine in the Chinese medicinal materials,incomplete extraction,instability,and the influence of factors such as process and storage environment in the production and preparation,its development and application are limited.This article summarizes the research progress of the extraction and refining technology of the volatile oil of traditional Chinese medicine by reviewing and summarizing the domestic and foreign literature,focusing on the applicability of various technologies,and analyzing and prospecting the future development,aiming to provide a reference for the efficient use of the volatile oil of traditional Chinese medicine.
