摘要:吞咽障碍是脑卒中后常见并发症之一,临床针对该疾病治疗方式众多。针刺作为一种中医特色治疗手段被广泛应用,且效果显著,大量临床研究亦证实了其可行性,但仍缺乏具体机制阐明。整理文献发现,目前关于针刺影响肌肉线粒体表达的研究相对较少,故笔者通过查阅相关文献,寻找“针刺-肌肉-线粒体”之间机制联系,发现肌肉受损会正向影响骨骼肌中线粒体的蛋白表达,针刺干预受损肌群线粒体的表达可促进骨骼肌恢复,卒中后吞咽障碍患者的吞咽功能也将明显得到改善,因此提出针刺刺激二腹肌前腹调控线粒体蛋白表达可促进吞咽相关受损肌群恢复的设想。
Dysphagia is one of the common complications after stroke,and it has many clinical treatment methods for the disease.Acupuncture,as a characteristic treatment of TCM,has been widely used with remarkable effects,and a large number of clinical studies have confirmed its feasibility,but it still lacks of elaboration on specific mechanism.Through reviewing literature,it is found that there are relatively few studies on the influence of acupuncture on muscle mitochondrial expression.Therefore,by referring to relevant literature,the author sought for the mechanism connection of‘acupuncture-muscle-mitochondria’,and found out muscle damage could influence the expression of mitochondrial protein,which could be intervened by acupuncture to promote the recovery of skeletal muscle and improve the swallowing function of the patients with post-stroke dysphagia.The study proposed the hypothesis that needling anteroventral digastric muscle could regulate the expression of mitochondrial protein and promote the recovery of swallowing related damaged muscle groups.
