摘要:目的建立当归贝母苦参颗粒(当归、浙贝母、苦参)的质量标准。方法采用薄层色谱法对制剂中当归、浙贝母、苦参进行定性鉴别,采用高效液相色谱法测定当归贝母苦参颗粒中含阿魏酸、苦参碱量。结果当归、浙贝母、苦参薄层色谱鉴别方法专属性强、重现性较好;阿魏酸在0.031 6-0.129 6μg范围内与峰面积呈良好线性关系(r=0.999 8),平均回收率为101.620%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为1.070%;苦参碱在0.100 0-1.000 0μg范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系(r=0.999 6),平均回收率为99.180%,RSD为2.040%。结论该法简便、灵敏、准确、重复性好,可作为当归贝母苦参颗粒的质量控制标准。
Objective To set up the quality standard for Danggui Beimu Kushen Granules. Methods TLC was applied to qualitatively identify Angelica sinensis,Fritillaria thunbergⅡ,Sophora flavescens and HPLC was applied to quantitatively determine ferulic acid and matrine in the preparation. Results The TLC identification method of Angelica sinensis,Fritillaria Thunberg Ⅱ and Sophora flavescens had strong specificity and good reproducibility; ferulic acid showed good linear relation in the range of 0.031 6-0.129 6 μg(r=0. 999 8). The average recovery rate of ferulic acid was 101.620%,and RSD was 1.070%;matrine showed good linearity with the peak area in the range of 0.100 0-1.000 0 μg(r=0.999 6). The average recovery rate was99.180% and RSD was 2.04%. Conclusion This methods are simple,sensitive and accurate with good reproducibility,and can be used as the quality control standard of Danggui Beimu Kushen Granules.
