摘要：目的对深静脉血栓护理的相关文献进行可视化分析,探讨其研究热点及前沿,为今后深静脉血栓患者的护理提供参考和指导。方法应用CiteSpace5.8.R4文献计量学软件,对Web of Science(WOS)核心合集、中国知网(CNKI)数据库2011年1月1日—2021年12月31日收录的深静脉血栓护理相关文献进行可视化分析及知识图谱的绘制。结果共纳入中文核心期刊文献202篇,英文文献225篇,年度发文量整体呈上升趋势,但国家和机构相对分散,彼此之间合作不紧密;国内外深静脉血栓护理研究方向涉及到高危人群及危险因素识别、开展预防护理3个方面,其中骨科术后患者、恶性肿瘤患者一直是深静脉血栓预防的研究热点,同时国外研究前沿开始关注深静脉血栓患者安全和疼痛的个性化护理。结论深静脉血栓重在临床预防,同时其作为一个专科护理方向,也受到更多临床工作者的重视,未来研究应进一步探讨有效方法加强我国临床深静脉血栓系统预防措施,完善干预方案,促进“无缺陷”深静脉血栓预防的实现。
Objective To visually analyze the related literature of deep vein thrombosis nursing,and to explore the research hotspots and frontiers for the future of deep venous blood,to provide reference and guidance for the nursing of suppository patients.Methods CiteSpace5.8.R4 bibliometrics software was used,the literature related to deep vein thrombosis nursing collected from Web of Science(WOS)core collection and China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI)database from January 1,2011 to December 31,2021 was visualized and analyzed and the knowledge map was drawn.Results A total of 202 articles in Chinese core journals and 225 articles in English were included.The number of annual publications showed an overall upward trend,but the countries and institutions were relatively scattered and the cooperation between them was not close.Deep vein thrombosis nursing research direction at home and abroad comes to high-risk groups and risk factors identification,prevention care three aspects,including orthopaedic surgery patients,patients with malignant tumor have been the focus of deep vein thrombosis prevention,at the same time,foreign research front begin to paid close attention to safety and pain of personalized nursing patients with deep vein thrombosis.Conclusion Deep vein thrombosis(DVT)is important in clinical prevention,as a specialized nursing direction,it has been paid more attention by more clinical workers.Future research should further explore effective methods to strengthen the preventive measures of clinical DVT in China,improve the intervention program,and promote the realization of"defenceless"DVT prevention.
