摘要:目的优化复方当归妇炎微灌肠剂的提取工艺。方法采用单因素和响应面分析方法,以料液比、浸泡时间、煎煮时间为自变量,阿魏酸、芍药苷含量、浸膏得率和总评归一化值为因变量,利用响应面法分析自变量对因变量的影响,确定最优条件进行试验验证。结果最佳提取工艺条件为加10倍量水浸泡22min,煎煮2次,每次21min。在此条件下,预测值和测定值偏差均<5%,与模型拟合程度较好。结论优化的复方当归妇炎微灌肠剂提取工艺方法科学、简便,具有很好的实用价值,为复方当归妇炎微灌肠剂的提取提供了参考依据。
Objective To optimize the extraction technology of compound Angelica fuyan micro enema.Methods Using single factor and response surface analysis method,the solid-liquid ratio,soaking time and decocting time were taken as independent variables while the content of ferulic acid,paeoniflorin,dry extract rate and general normalized value were taken as dependent variables.The response surface methodology(RSM)was used to estimate the relationships between the dependent and independent variables,and to validate the optimal formulation.Results The optimal conditions involved adding 10 times as much water,soaking for 22 min,and decocting twice,each time 21 min.Under these conditions,the measured value was consistent with the predicated value with RSD5%.Conclusion The preparation technology of compound Angelica fuyan micro enema is optimized,which is simple and feasible for the extraction of compound Angelica fuyan micro enema.
