摘要:目的:探讨知柏地黄丸对雌性真性性早熟大鼠垂体分泌的卵泡刺激素(FHS)、性腺分泌的睾酮(T)水平的影响。方法:将26日龄雌性SPF级SD大鼠50只随机分为5组,每组10只。采用N-甲基-D-天冬氨酸(NMDA)方法诱发建立性早熟动物模型,分别用放免法测定血清FSH、T水平。结果:模型组与空白组、知柏地黄丸大、中剂量组大鼠血清FSH及T水平比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),说明知柏地黄丸可降低性早熟大鼠血清FSH,T水平;小剂量组与大、中剂量组血清FSH,T水平比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),说明知柏地黄丸调节性早熟大鼠血清FSH,T水平存在量效关系。结论:知柏地黄丸可抑制NMDA诱发雌性大鼠性早熟的发生及模型大鼠血清性激素FSH,T水平的表达。推测知柏地黄丸对模型大鼠下丘脑-垂体-性腺轴有调节作用。
Objective: To discuss the action ofZhiBai DiHuang pill on testosterone (T) and follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH) of rats suffering from sexual precocity. Method: All 50 rats were randomized into five groups, ten rats each group. Animal models were established by the method ofN-methyl-D-aspartate (NMDA). The levels ofT and FSH were detected through radioimmtmoassay respectively. Result: The difference had statistical meaning in the levels of FSH and T from the comparison between model group and blank group, high dosage and low dosage groups ofZhiBai DiHuang pill (P〈0.05). It demonstrated that ZhiBai DiHuang pill could lower the levels of T and FSH; the difference had statistical meaning in the levels of T and FSH when low dosage group was compared with high and moderate dosage groups of ZhiBai DiHuang pill (P〈0.05), it presented that ZhiBai DiHuang pill and regulating the levels of T and FSH showed the dose-effect relationship. Conclusion: ZhiBai DiHuang pill could inhibit the incidence of sexual precocity in female rat caused by NMDA and the expressions of T and FSH of rat model. We speculate that ZhiBai DiHuang pill could regulate hypothalamic-pituitary-gonadal axis of model rat.
