摘要：目的:观察以敦煌石窟中《灸经图》古穴发际、扳眉、耳上关、口吻、颊车髓孔、足阳明、足太阳为主治疗面瘫的临床疗效。方法:将60例患者随机分为敦煌古穴针刺组(A组)和敦煌古穴灸法组(B组),每组30例。分别进行针刺及艾灸治疗,并以敦煌古法吹粉法及House-Bramann面神经功能分级标准为观察指标,进行疗效评估。10次为1个疗程,治疗2个疗程。结果:敦煌古穴针刺组的治愈率、有效率、总有效率分别为56.67%(17/30)、33.33%(10/30)及90.00%(27/30),敦煌古穴灸法组依次分别为53.33%(16/30)、33.33%(10/30)及86.67(26/30)。两组在改善面神经功能及面部临床症状缓解程度等方面无显著性差异。结论:敦煌古穴针刺和艾灸在治疗面瘫方面疗效相近。
Objective:To observe the therapeutic effects of the ancient acupoint Faji,Banmei,Ershangguan,Kouwen, Jiachesuikong,Zuyangming and Zutaiyang in Dunhuang Cave from Jiujingtu in treating facial paralysis.Methods:Sixty cases of patients were randomly divided into DunHuang old acupoint acupuncture group (group A)and DunHuang old acupoint moxibustion group (group B),30 cases in each group,treated with acupuncture and moxibustion respectively for 2 courses,10 treatments for one course.Blowing the powder method of Dunhuang and House-Bramann Facial nerve grading system were taken as observation indexes to evaluate curative effect.Results:Clinical cure rate,effective rate and total effective rate were 56.67%(17 /30),33.3%(10/30)and 90.00%(27/30)in group A,53.33%(16/30),33.33%(10130)and 86.66(26/30)in group B.No significant difference was found in improving facial nerve function and relieving facial clinical symptoms between two groups.Conclusion: Acupuncture and moxibustion on the ancient acupoint in Dunhuang Cave possess similar clinical effect in treating facial paralysis.
