摘要：目的探讨溃疡性结肠炎脾虚及肝郁脾虚模型大鼠与肠黏膜组织内Toll样受体2(TLR2)表达的相关性。方法建立溃疡性结肠炎脾虚证、肝郁脾虚证动物模型,观察2种证候大鼠病理组织形态学的改变,采用免疫组化法观察各组TLR2蛋白表达水平。结果2种模型中,脾虚模型病理组织形态学表现较肝郁脾虚模型更为明显,脾虚模型组TLR2蛋白表达水平明显高于肝郁脾虚模型组。结论溃疡性结肠炎TLR2的高表达可能是溃疡性结肠炎脾虚和肝郁脾虚的客观化证本质指标之一。
Objective To investigate the correlation between the expression of toll-like receptor 2 （TLR2） of intestinal mucosa and ulcerative colitis of spleen-deficiency type or ulcerative colitis of liverstagnation and spleen-deficiency type. Methods The rat models of ulcerative colitis of spleen-deficiency type and liver-stagnation and spleen-deficiency type were established. The histomorphological changes were observed and the protein expressions of TLR2 in all groups were examined by using immunohistochemistry assay. Results The histomorphological changes in the model of ulcerative colitis of spleen-deficiency type were more significant than those in the model of ulcerative colitis of liver-stagnation and spleen-deficiency type, and the expression of TLR2 was higher in the model of ulcerative colitis than that in the model of ulcerative colitis of fiver-stagnation and spleen-deficiency type. Conclusion A higher expression of TLR2 in ulcerative colitis may be one of objective indexes for ulcerative colitis of spleen-deficiency type or ulcerative colitis of liver-stagnation and spleen-deficiency type.
