摘要：抑郁症(depressive disorder, DD)是临床常见的心理和精神疾病,以连续且长期的情绪低落、兴趣减退等为主要临床特征,属中医学“郁证”范畴。近年来随着社会压力和竞争力不断增加,该病已经成为严重危害人类健康的精神疾病之一。通过对近10年中医治疗DD的相关文献查阅分析,发现中医治疗DD有中药、针灸、穴位埋线、耳穴压豆、穴位贴敷、针灸综合疗法、情志疗法、音乐疗法、气功、低阻抗意念导入疗法等,具有操作简便、疗效确切、无依赖性等优势,以期为今后临床中医治疗DD提供诊疗依据及参考。
Depression(depressive disorder,DD)is a common clinical psychological and mental disease,which is character-ized by continuous and long-term depression and loss of interest.It belongs to the category of"depression syndrome"in Tradi-tional Chinese medicine.In recent years,with the increasing pressure and competitiveness of human society,this disease has be-come one of the serious mental diseases that harm human health.Based on the literature review and analysis of DD treatment in Chinese medicine in recent 10 years,this paper found that DD treatment in Chinese medicine includes traditional Chinese medi-cine,acupuncture,acupoint embedding,ear acupoint pressing,acupoint sticking,comprehensive acupuncture therapy,emotion-al therapy,music therapy,qigong,low impedance idea introduction therapy,etc.It has the advantages of simple operation,ac-curate curative effect and no dependence,so as to provide diagnosis and treatment basis and reference for the future clinical tradi-tional Chinese medicine treatment of DD.
