摘要：益气升提法由李杲(号东垣)首创,是针对气陷证而言。文章以升陷汤、补中益气汤、举元煎作为益气升提法的代表,将划分人体体腔的上、中、下三焦与宗气、中气、元气相联系,论述三方所治气陷证之偏重,为临床治疗气虚下陷证的选方及药物加减配伍提供辨证论治的依据。
The replenishing Qi and rising Qi method(益气升提法)was originated from LI Gao,which was for Qi depression syndrome.In this paper,the Shengxian decoction(升陷汤),the Buzhong Yiqi decoction(补中益气汤)and the Juyuan decoction(举元煎)were selected as the representatives of the replenishing Qi and rising Qi method.The upper,middle and lower energizers that divided the body cavities into three parts were connected with the Zongqi(宗气),Zhongqi(中气)and Yuanqi(元气).The key points of the three prescriptions for Qi depression syndrome was discussed,so as to provide a basis for the prescription selection and medicines compatibility for the Qi depression syndrome based on TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment.
