摘要:目的:系统评价中医食疗辅助干预高血压的临床疗效,为临床干预提供依据。方法:检索中国知网、万方数据库、维普期刊数据库、中国生物医学文献数据库、PubMed及Web of Science数据库,收集中医食疗辅助干预高血压的随机对照研究,检索时限为数据库建库至2022年2月28日。由2名研究者严格按照纳入与排除标准独立进行文献筛选、资料提取并评价纳入研究的偏倚风险后采用RevMan 5.3软件进行Meta分析。结果:纳入15篇文献。Meta分析显示,试验组采用中医食疗辅助干预降低高血压病人的血压效果好于对照组[收缩压:MD=-19.66,95%CI(-22.93,-16.39),P<0.000 01;舒张压:MD=-5.96,95%CI(-6.29,-5.63),P<0.000 01],试验组生存质量[MD=14.30,95%CI(12.15,16.45),P<0.000 01]、临床护理有效率[OR=4.61,95%CI (2.02,10.53),P=0.000 3]、血压控制水平[OR=3.81,95%CI(2.31,6.30),P<0.000 01]优于对照组。结论:现有证据表明,中医食疗辅助干预能够降低高血压病人的血压,提高病人的生活质量、临床护理有效率和血压控制水平。
Objective:To systematically evaluate the clinical efficacy on traditional Chinese food therapy in assisting intervention of hypertension, and provide basis for clinical intervention.Methods:Randomized controlled studies on Chinese food therapy assisted intervention on hypertension were searched from CNKI,WanFang Database, VIP,CBM,PubMed and Web of Science. The retrieval time was from inception to February 28,2022.Two researchers independently performed literature screening, data extraction and evaluation of the bias risk of the included study in strict accordance with the inclusion and exclusion criteria, and then RevMan 5.3 software was used for Meta-analysis.Results:776 articles were included.Meta-analysis showed that the effect of assisted intervention of traditional food therapy on reducing blood pressure of patients with hypertension in the test group was better than that in the control group[systolic pressure: MD=-19.66,95%CI(-22.93,-16.39),P<0.000 01;diastolic pressure: MD=-5.96,95%CI(-6.29,-5.63),P<0.000 01].Quality of life[MD=14.30,95%CI(12.15,16.45),P<0.000 01],clinical nursing efficiency[OR=4.61,95%CI(2.02,10.53),P=0.000 3],blood pressure control level[OR=3.81,95%CI(2.31,6.30),P<0.000 01] in the test group were better than those in the control group.Conclusion:Current evidence shows that the assisted intervention of Chinese food therapy can reduce the blood pressure of hypertension patients, improve the quality of life, clinical nursing efficiency and blood pressure control level of patients.
