摘要:目的探究分析将案例教学法运用于神经外科教学实践当中的临床效果。方法从2017年3月—2019年3月本院神经外科实习生中抽选48名,采用数字随机分配法分为两组,实验组25名(案例教学法教学),对照组23名(常规教学法教学),对比两组实习生实践考核成绩与满意度评分,从而有效探究案例教学法的临床应用效果。结果实验组实习生实践考核成绩与满意度评分均明显高于对照组,t=27.016、3.123,P=0.000、0.003,差异具有统计学意义。结论在神经外科教学实践当中采用案例教学法能够有效提升实习生对神经外科知识与技能的掌握程度,提高实践考核成绩,教学效果良好,实习生满意度高。
Objective To explore and analyze the clinical effect of case teaching method in neurosurgery teaching practice.Methods 48 neurosurgery interns were selected from March 2017 to March 2019 in the neurosurgery department of the hospital.They were divided into two groups by randomly distributed numbers.There were 25 cases in the experimental group(case teaching method)and 23 cases in the control group(routine teaching method).Compare the actual evaluation results and satisfaction scores of the two groups and can effectively explore the clinical application effect of case teaching method.Results The scores of actual evaluation results and satisfaction scores in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group,t=27.016,3.123,P=0.000,0.003,the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion Application of case teaching method in neurosurgery teaching can effectively improve the interns’mastery of neurosurgery knowledge and skills,and improve the performance of actual evaluation.The teaching effect is good and the interns’satisfaction is high.
