摘要:目的研究升白胶囊对环磷酰胺所致小鼠白细胞减少症的影响以及升高白细胞的作用机制。方法将60只小鼠随机分为正常对照组,模型对照组,贞芪扶正胶囊组及升白胶囊大、小剂量组,每组12只,各组分别灌胃给予蒸馏水及相应药物混悬液,灌胃第8 d,除正常对照组外,其余4组小鼠通过腹腔注射环磷酰胺制备白细胞减少症模型,观测升白胶囊对小鼠外周血象、骨髓有核细胞数和骨髓DNA含量的影响。结果与正常对照组比较,模型对照组白细胞(WBC)数、骨髓有核细胞(BMNC)数及骨髓DNA含量显著降低(P<0.01);与模型对照组比较,贞芪扶正胶囊组与升白胶囊大、小剂量组WBC数、BMNC数及骨髓DNA含量显著升高(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论升白胶囊对环磷酰胺所致小鼠白细胞减少有显著的升高作用,其机制与促进骨髓造血功能有关。
Objective To study the influence of Shengbai Capsules on leucopenia in mice induced by cyclophosphamide and the mechanism of action. Methods 60 mice were randomly divided into normal control group, model control group, Zhenqi Fuzheng Capsule group, high and low close of Shengbai Capsule group, every group had 12 mice. The mice of all groups were given distilled water and suspension of relevant drug separately. In the eighth day of giving drug, except normal control group, the mice of other groups were made into the models of leucopenia by injecting cyclophosphamide in abdominal cavity of mice, and observed the influence of Shengbai Capsules on peripheral hemogram, differential count of nucleated cells and the content of DNA in bone marrow of mice. Results Compared with normal control group, the white cell count, differential count of nucleated cells and the content of DNA in bone marrow of model control group were significantly decrease(P 〈0.01 ). Compared with model control group, the white cell count, differential count of nucleated cells and the content of DNA in bone marrow of Zhenqi Fuzheng Capsule group, high and low dose of Shengbai Capsule group were significantly increase ( P 〈 0.01 or P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion Shengbai Capsules have obvious effects on improving reducing of white cell count induced by cyclophosphamide, the mechanism relates to promoting hematopoietic function of bone marrow.
