摘要：目的观察以星状神经节为主埋线治疗慢性腹泻的临床疗效。方法将50例慢性腹泻患者随机分为观察组和对照组,观察组25例采用以星状神经节为主埋线治疗,对照组25例采用普通穴位针灸治疗。2组均治疗4周并随访2周观察疗效。结果观察组治疗有效率为92.0%(23/25),对照组治疗有效率为72.0%(18/25),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论星状神经节为主穴位埋线治疗慢性腹泻临床疗效肯定,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of stellate ganglion embedding thread in the treatment of chronic diarrhea.Methods 50 patients with chronic diarrhea were randomly divided into observation group and the control group.The observation group of 25 cases adopted i stellate ganglion embedding thread.The control group of 25 patients adopted common acupuncture point acupuncture treatment.The two groups were treated for 4 weeks and followed-up for 2 weeks.The curative effect was observed.Results The effective rate of the observation group and the control group was 92.0%and 68.0%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The stellate ganglion embedding thread in the treatment of chronic diarrhea has definite effect,and is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
