摘要：资料总结表明,敦煌石室医学卷子中所涵盖的针灸内容,在针灸发展史上有重要的地位,对于后人研究针灸内容有重要的学术价值。其中,《灸经图》和《新集备急灸经》为现存最古老的针灸实物图谱,记载的灸疗点为腧穴学研究提供了重要的实物依据,记载的内科、妇科、男科、儿科、头面躯体痛证的灸治法为灸法在内科、妇科、男科、儿科、疼痛科中的应用提供了重要的文献依据。敦煌医学文献是中医学的独特宝藏,应进一步挖掘整理针灸疗法等医学资源,古为今用,以促进和推动敦煌医学的发展与传承。
Materials summarized that the acupuncture and moxibustion contents in the medical volumes ofDunhuang stone chamber have important role in the development history of acupuncture and moxibustion, and havesignificant academic value for later generations’ study on the contents of acupuncture and moxibustion. Among them,Jiu Jing Tu and Xin Ji Bei Ji Jiu Jing are the existing most ancient atlas for material objects of acupuncture andmoxibustion, whose records about acupoints have provided important material basis for the study on acupoint therapy.The records about moxibustion therapy for internal medicine, gynaecology, andrology, peadiatrics, and pains on head,face and body have provided significant literature basis for the application of moxibustion therapy in internalmedicine, gynaecology, andrology, peadiatrics and pain management. Dunhuang medical literature is unique treasureof TCM. Acupuncture and moxibustion therapy and other medical materials should be further dig and summarized,and the past should be made to serve the present, with a purpose to promote and enhance the development andinheritance of Dunhuang medicine.
