摘要：目的:研究小儿增食灵合剂对实验性幼龄大鼠消化功能的影响。方法:采用病因模拟法建立小儿厌食症动物模型,测定模型动物胃蛋白酶的活性及胃酸含量。结果:小儿增食灵合剂可使胃游离酸和胃总酸分泌量增加,能提高大鼠胃蛋白酶活力,与空白对照组和模型对照组比较,均有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论:小儿增食灵合剂治疗小儿厌食症的作用机制可能与其有效地增加胃游离酸及总酸度、提高胃蛋白酶的活性,从而达到促进消化的作用有关。
Objective： To study the effects of Xiaoer Zengshiling on model of juvenile rat with anorexia＇ s digestive function. Methods： Simulate main cause of the child apositia to build the infantile rat model, treated with the clinically effective Xiaoer Zengshiling, and measured the gastric acid secretion and pepsase of the model animals. Results： Xiaoer Zengshiling could promote gastric acid secretion and increase model of juvenile rat＇s pepsase. Compared with blank contrast group and model group, P 〈 0. 05 or P 〈 0. 01. Conclusion： The effects of Xiaoer Zengshi crease gastric acid secretion and pepsase, ling which treat children with anorexia maybe concern with it can thus get to promote digestive.
