摘要：基于产后身痛的中西医认识,针对产后身痛患者多正虚邪盛的特点,对单纯艾灸、针灸结合、灸药结合、特色铺灸及其他特色灸法五个部分治疗产后身痛进行综述。结合上述研究,分析认为艾灸在治疗产后身痛的较好的临床效果,尤以督脉铺灸治疗效应最佳,其应用也最为广泛。在此基础上,发现并讨论当前研究的问题与不足,为今后研究方向提供新思路与新方法,并致力于为此项疾病的研究做出贡献。
Based on the knowledge of traditional Chinese and Western medicine about postpartum body pain,the five parts of simple moxibustion,combined acupuncture and moxibustion,combined moxibustion and medicine,special moxibustion and other characteristic moxibustion methods are used to treat postpartum body pain.Conduct an overview.Based on the above research,the analysis suggests that moxibustion has better clinical effects in the treatment of postpartum body pain,especially Dumaipu moxibustion has the best therapeutic effect,and its application is also the most widely used.On this basis,discover and discuss current research problems and deficiencies,provide new ideas and new methods for future research directions,and commit to contribute to the research of this disease.
