摘要:目的比较鳖血柴胡不同比例炮制品的解热镇痛作用。方法通过解热实验及热板、扭体实验,观察、比较鳖血柴胡不同比例炮制品对小鼠肛温、痛阈、扭体次数的影响。结果鳖血柴胡不同比例炮制品可降低发热小鼠的肛温,其中柴胡鳖血100∶20组的肛温相对较低;与空白对照组比较,各药物组小鼠痛阈值均显著升高,差异有统计意义(P<0.05或P<0.01),其中柴胡鳖血100∶20组的痛阈抑制率最高;与空白对照组比较,鳖血柴胡不同比例炮制品均能显著减少小鼠扭体次数,差异有统计意义(P<0.05或P<0.01),其中柴胡鳖血100∶40组的抑制率最高,其次是柴胡鳖血100∶20组。结论鳖血柴胡不同比例炮制品能降低发热小鼠的体温,但解热效果随时间延长有所差别;鳖血柴胡不同比例炮制品对小鼠均有显著的镇痛作用,其中以柴胡∶鳖血为100∶20的比例作用最强。
Objective To compare the antipyretic and analgesic effects of processed products of soft-shelled turtle blood-baked Bupleurum in different proportions. Methods Rectal temperature( RT),pain threshold and body twisting times of pyretic mice were observed and compared through experiments. Results The processed products in different proportions lowered RT of the pyretic mice. The RT was relatively low as the ratio of Bupleurum to turtle blood was 100 to 20. The pain threshold lengthed obviously,and was most as the ratio of Bupleurum to turtle blood was 100 to 20. There was a significant difference( P<0.05 or P<0.01). Times of body twisting decreased.There also was a significant difference( P<0.05 or P<0.01). The inhibition rate was highest as the ratio of Bupleurum to turtle blood was 100 to 40,100 to 20 secondly. Conclusion The processed products of soft-shelled turtle blood-baked Bupleurum in different proportions all can lower the temperature of the pyretic mice,but the antipyretic effect is varied as time extends. The analgesic effect is the most remarkable as the ratio of Bupleurum to turtle blood is 100 to 20.
