摘要:炎症在干眼的发生和发展中发挥着至关重要的作用。本文对针刺治疗干眼的相关机制进行综述。首先,本文探讨了干眼的相关机制,重点分析白细胞介素-1及其相关因子在神经系统和泪液分泌调控中的作用,发现这些因子能直接促进干眼症状的缓解。然而,尽管已有一些相关研究,干眼的具体机制仍然面临较大的挑战。其次,通过研究针刺对干眼机制的作用,发现针刺能够调节相关黏蛋白的表达,从而促进泪液分泌。相关动物实验证实针刺对干眼的治疗效果。此外,针刺与现代电针疗法的结合在治疗干眼方面也产生了新的研究视角,二者联用在调控眼表局部炎症和促进泪液分泌方面表现出良好的协同效应。然而,针刺在这一过程中的具体作用机制和相关信号通路尚未完全阐明。随着代谢组学技术的不断发展,未来有望在干眼发病机制及针刺治疗机制方面取得新的突破。
Inflammation plays a critical role in the onset and progression of dry eye.This review summarizes the underlying mechanisms of acupuncture in treating dry eye.Firstly,the pathophysiological mechanisms of dry eye are discussed,with a focus on interleukin-1(IL-1)and its related factors,which are involved in neural regulation and tear secretion.These factors have been shown to directly alleviate symptoms of dry eye.However,despite ongoing research,the precise pathogenesis of dry eye remains a significant challenge.Secondly,studies investigating the effects of acupuncture have demonstrated its ability to modulate mucin expression and enhance tear secretion.Relevant animal experiments have confirmed the therapeutic efficacy of acupuncture for dry eye.Furthermore,the integration of traditional acupuncture with modern electroacupuncture therapy has introduced new research perspectives.The combined approach exhibits synergistic effects in regulating ocular surface inflammation and promoting tear production.Nevertheless,the exact molecular mechanisms and signaling pathways involved in acupuncture's effects on dry eye are yet to be fully elucidated.With the continued advancement of metabolomics technologies,future research is expected to yield further insights into both the pathogenesis of dry eye and the mechanisms underlying acupuncture treatment.
