摘要:目的研究医学影像学教学中TBL联合CBL教学模式的临床教学效果。方法研究纳入我校2012级医学影像学专业两个班级学生共100人,每个班50人。将学生按照班级不同分为两组,LBL组学生采用采用传统讲授式教学(lecture-based learning,LBL),观察组学生采用团队为基础的教学方法(team based learning,TBL)联合教学案例教学法(cage based lesrrling,CBL)。学习结束后,观察两组学生的学习成果及自我满意度情况。结果观察组学生理论考核、实践考核以及总成绩均高于LBL组学生,P<0.05;观察组学生满意度为98%,LBL组学生的88%,P>0.05。结论 TBL结合CBL教学模式运用于医学影像学教学中效果显著,提高学生学习能力。
Objective To study the clinical teaching effect of TBL combined with CBL teaching mode in the teaching of medical imaging. Methods 100 students in two classes of medical imaging classes at the level 2012 in our university were selected and divided into two groups according to different classes, LBL group of students adopted traditional teaching (lecture-based learning, LBL), the observation group of students adopted the teaching method based on the team (team based, learning, TBL) combined with case teaching method (cage based lesrrling, CBL), 50 students in each class. After the study, the study results and self satisfaction of the two groups were observed. Results In the observation group, the students' theoretical assessment, the practice assessment and the total score were higher than those of the LBL group, P 〈 0.05. The degree of student satisfaction in the observation group was 98%, which was higher than that of the group LBL (88%), P 〉 0.05. Conclusion The efect of TBL combined with CBL teaching mode in the teaching of medical imaging is remarkable, and the students' learning ability is improved.
