摘要：目的:了解近年来我国护士核心能力的研究热点及前沿,旨在为临床专科护士的培养以及提高临床护理质量提供借鉴。方法:应用CiteSpace 5.8.R 4文献计量学软件对中国知网(CNKI)数据库2012年3月—2023年3月收录的有关护士核心能力的文献进行分析。结果:共纳入有效文献1349篇,年度发文量呈现上升趋势,但作者、机构彼此之间联系不紧密;目前国内关于护士核心能力的研究方法以德尔菲法和系统综述为主;研究内容倾向于不同层次、不同科室护士核心能力的影响因素和培训方案的研究,同时也开始关注社区老年护理的核心能力以及加强灾害护理核心能力的培训和建设。结论:目前有关护士核心能力培养内容及形式单一,且相关测评指标缺乏专科特色,未来应进一步深化和细化;同时护理管理者也应重视灾害护理核心能力的培养,构建完善的灾害护理课程和培训体系,不断提升专科护士核心能力,促进我国护理事业发展。
Objective:To understand the research hotspots and frontiers of nurses′core competence in China in recent years,to provide the reference for training clinical specialist nurses and improving the quality of clinical nursing.Methods:Literature on the core competence of nurses retrieved from China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI)from March 2012 to March 2023 were analyzed by CiteSpace 5.8.R4 bibliometrics software.Results:A total of 1349 valid documents were included,and the annual publication volume showed an upward trend,but the authors and institutions were not closely related to each other;the current domestic research methods on the core competence of nurses were mainly based on Delphi method and systematic review;the research content tended to Research on the influencing factors and training programs of nurses′core competencies at different levels and in different departments has also begun to focus on the core competencies of community elderly care and strengthening the training and construction of disaster nursing core competencies.Conclusions:At present,the content and form of core competence training for nurses are single,and the relevant evaluation indicators are lack of special characteristics,which should be further deepened and refined in the future;at the same time,nursing managers should also pay attention to the cultivation of core competence in disaster nursing,and build a comprehensive disaster nursing curriculum,the training system continuously improves the core competence of specialist nurses and promotes the development of nursing in our country.
